It’s that time of year again! Join us for the third annual Harvest Festival and Food Swap at the Cedar Cottage Neighbourhood House.
Here’s how it works. Bring your homegrown produce and homemade preserves to share with other attendees. Go home with something fun and exciting made by a neighbour! Last year, I left with some winter squash, fresh rosemary and bay leaves, and delicious jam.
Other activities include learning stations, kids activities, food demonstrations, Chinese line dancing performances, mobile produce market, and a loonie/toonie garage sale. Come on down and celebrate the beginning of the fall season. See you there!
