Fermented Mustard, Ketchup and Relish. (June 14th)
This class will cover three basic recipes for making your own fermented mustard,
ketchup and relish at home. These fridge stable condiments will inspire you to ferment
more and more! Samples galore, a demonstrative learning experience and a recipe
Apple Cider Vinegar Beverages (may 24th)
Are you looking for ways to include more apple cider vinegar into your diet? This class
includes samples of Switchel, Fire Cider and Herbal Oxymels which will inspire you to
create your own apple cider vinegar beverages at home. Recipe booklet included.
Sauerkraut and Lacto-Fermented Carrots (June 28th)
This demonstrative class will showcase sauerkraut and lacto-fermented carrot
fermentation (both being approachable for those new to fermentation). Class price
includes samples and a recipe booklet.
