Vegan Cooking Workshop  – April 8, 2017, Sat 2:00-3:30pm
Kensington Community Centre, Board Room  | $17.14
New to the vegan diet or looking to add more vegan options to your life? This workshop will go over how to make the transition from the personal experience of a seasoned vegan. We will go over various ingredients and together cook a recipe.

Kombucha 101 – May 9, 2017, Tues 7:00-8:30pm
Kensington Community Centre, Multipurpose Room | $17.14
Learn the basics of Kombucha with Laura in this demonstrative class; sample a diversity of Kombucha products, and walk away with your own culture to take home.

Sourdough 2.0: Alternative Flours  – June 24, 2017, Sat 2:00-3:30pm

Back by popular demand! Learn to make sour-dough rye from scratch and get your own sour-dough starter to take home. Maintaining a sourdough starter can be a flexible, predictable, and very rewarding practice.

Tofu Making Workshop – Aug 10, 2017, Thur 6:30-8:30pm
Kensington Community Centre, Seniors Lounge | $17.14
Come learn how to make your own delicious tofu from scratch. Often thought of as daunting, this workshop will help give you the support and confidence to make tofu in your own home.

Little Cooks Camp (ages 6-11) – July 6, 13, & 20th, Thurs 2:00-3:30pm 
Kensington Community Centre, Seniors Lounge | $42 / 3 sessions
In this week-long camp, children will develop literacy, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in the kitchen and the garden. Playing with food is encouraged.
