Market Veggies for Feb 7th

To help our mobile market shoppers prepare for the Lunar New Year we will be featuring one very special veggie for the entire month: The Daikon Radish, which will be available at each of our locations.

February is also our donate to the market month. A donation box will be available at each location, so feel free to give a little extra when you buy your veggies so that we can keep bringing the freshest veggies we can find to your door step.

Radish is rich in vitamins C and B and an excellent source of potassium, calcium, iron, copper, sulfur, phosphorous and fiber, while it is very low in calories, virtually devoid of fat and cholesterol. Radish leaves contain almost six times more vitamin C than its root and are an excellent source of calcium.
