Market Veggies – Jan 3

After a short break, the mobile markets are back in action for our first market in 2015! To start the year off with a bang we will have an abundance of fresh veggies available, including:

  • Bananas (South America and Organic)

    Feeling under the weather? Try an apple, ginger, lemon cider!  Ingredients: - 5 apples, cored - a 4" chunk of ginger root - 1 tsp of turmeric - 1/2 lemon, juiced Directions: 1) Juice apple, ginger and lemon (or use apple juice) 2) Heat apple/ginger juice, lemon juice and water over medium high heat, until boiling. 3) Add turmeric and stir. 4) Enjoy!
